He was born on December 3, 1963, from Quang Binh province, participated in music activities from the age of 16, joined the Political Song group of Tan Binh District Youth Union in Ho Chi Minh City.Graduated from College of Physical Education and Sports (1984), returned to work at Children's House in Tan Binh District, studied Intermediate Music (1986-1989), taught popular music in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, attended Participated in the planning of programs for Children's Cultural Houses, and studied and graduated from the University of Cultural Management. Continued study and graduated from the University of Music, Faculty of Composition of the City Conservatory (2002-2006), currently a music lecturer at the College of Culture and Arts of Ho Chi Minh City.
